Interstellar - Review

Interstellar
4/5 stars
Credit for cast/and picture goes to IMDB.com

Few things in life seem to be as fascinating as space and time. In the latest movie by Christopher Nolan he attempts the lofty topic of those two into one idea. Set against the future where the earth has seemingly exhausted our limited resources, we see a society that has really given up as the explorers and pioneers and settled for farmers and the like. The main role in the film Cooper is played by ( Matthew McConaughey ) who was the last generation of true explorers and a former NASA pilot. Commissioned by Professor Brand ( Michael Caine ) the leader of an underground NASA to travel the galaxy to try and find a suitable place for humans to live before it’s too late. The special effects are great, and it does seemingly have a lot of science theories about the aspect of traveling in space, and the concept of time travel. So perhaps some of it makes one have to suspend some belief and is thus most likely considered Sci-fi. But it was well done, well acted and fairly different then most of the films out there I really liked it.
